Cotto confirms “Alliance” with Jay Z’s Roc Nation Sports.

WBC middleweight title holder Miguel Cotto has announced that he and his Miguel Cotto Promotions have signed a multi-fight, multi-year deal with Jay Z’s Roc Nation Sports. The terms of the deal are undisclosed at this point but Cotto himself did confirm a June 6th return in New York.

“We have an alliance with Roc Nation Sports” Cotto informed ESPN “[my next fight] will probably be in New York on June 6th, we just need to figure out the opponent.”

The Puerto Rican star joins 168 pound king Andre Ward who signed with the Roc in January.
