MAGDALENO OUT, AVALOS IS NOW THE MAIN EVENT
TOP RANK brings live boxing on Saturday February 23rd at the C. Robert Lee Activities Center in Hawaiian Gardens, CA.
Jessie Magdaleno, who was supposed to co-headline the February 23rd fight card presented by Top Rank and televised on UNIMAS (Formerly Telefutura) through their very popular ”SOLO BOXEO” Tecate series has been pulled from the card, making the exciting and sharp-shooting Chris Avalos the center stage performer of the night’s card at the C. Robert Lee Center in Hawaiian Gardens, CA.
Chris Avalos, 20-2, (15KOs) hailing from Lancaster California, will surely make the most of this opportunity as the featured fighter and look to is make a statement, in the cross hairs will be the experimented Jose Luis Araiza.
Avalos could easily be undefeated, as both of his losses came via tight-split decisions. An impressive outing would elevate the 23-year old fighter into possible title contention.
