Earlier this year, on February 24, Thompson Boxing’s fight fans saw a gritty 6-round fight unveil before their eyes when Richard “El Terminador” Contreras (9-0-1, 8 KOs) traded leather with Daniel “El Cuate” Quevedo (13-12-3, 8 KOs). The-ever determined Contreras suffered knock downs and a shattered jaw at the hands of Quevedo but dug deep and showed his heart, courage and rock solid will and saw the fight to the end where is was scored a draw.

For LIVE action, take a step on “PATH TO GLORY” and visit the Doubletree Hotel in Ontario, California THIS Friday, April 6, and watch the fights go down blow by blow. The main event boasts the highly rated, WBA #5, IBF #8, WBO #8, WBC #12 Colombian pugilist Darley Perez (24-0, 18 KOs) as he takes on Tijuana’s Alain “Konan” Hernandez (18-9-1, 10 KOs). The preceding bout features,Riverside’s Jose “El Niño” Reynoso (15-2-1, 2 KOs) versus James Hope (6-9-1, 4 KOs) in an 8-round junior welterweight clash. Opening for the featured fights is Ontario’s fan favorite Super Bantamweight Jonathan “Lil’ Thund’r” Arellano (11-0-1) take on Jose Angel Cota (8-6, 6 KOs) in an 8-round bout.
