Golden Boy Inks Mauricio Herrera

Yesterday, via their Facebook page, Golden Boy Promotions announced that they have added Jr. welterweight Mauricio Herrera (20-3, 7 KOs) to their roster. Most of you may remember the Riverside fighter from his  hard fought victory over Ruslan Provodnikov and his brutal battle with Mike Alvarado in 2012. “El Maestro” (the Teacher) will return to action sometime this year and is coming off a unanimous decision victory over Miguel Huerta.
